Due to the nature of digital products, there is no refund for subscription memberships, but please email us if you have any trouble at all with printing.
All memberships are nonrefundable. Any membership can be cancelled at any time by logging in to your account and managing your payment in the ’Account Settings’. No refunds will be issued once membership is cancelled. After cancelling, you will not be allowed to download new dresses. Previous dresses downloaded will remain in your account.
